Yes! We deliver across South Africa and internationally. For branded orders placed through a Branding Consultant, we arrange delivery via trusted courier partners both locally and abroad. Unbranded orders placed on our website are delivered via courier service nationwide within South Africa.

Free delivery is available on Branded Orders over R1,250 (excl. VAT) when you order through a Branding Consultant, and on Unbranded Orders over R750 (excl. VAT) placed directly on our website. Delivery is available anywhere in South Africa and usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
A few things to keep in mind: Surcharges may apply for certain supplier products and deliveries to outlying or regional areas. Some larger or heavier items (think boxes, hand sanitiser, bottled water and furniture) don't qualify for free delivery due to size and weight restrictions. Don't worry, you'll always see this noted on the product page.
Reseller Orders: Free delivery isn't available for reseller orders. Collection or delivery via your own courier can be arranged. -
It depends on what you're ordering and how you'd like it delivered!
Branded Orders: Lead times depend on production and your chosen courier service. Most branded orders are ready within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the product supplier.
Unbranded Orders: Delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the delivery method and supplier lead times. You'll see an Estimated Arrival Date in your cart before you pay, so there are no surprises. -
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will email you a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email and enter your tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Branded Orders: This email and tracking number will come from our Dispatch team.
Unbranded Orders: This email and tracking number will come from our Online Order team. -
Branded Orders: Absolutely! Just let your Branding Consultant know, and they'll be happy to arrange it for you. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply for multiple delivery locations.
Unbranded Orders: Orders placed online will be delivered to one delivery address only. -

Unbranded Orders: For orders placed online, international customers can arrange collection from our Johannesburg warehouse via their own courier. -

Free delivery is available to a single destination point in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, or Pretoria. Surcharges may apply for deliveries to outlying or regional areas.
Free delivery is subject to package size and weight restrictions. Bulky items (for example boxes, hand sanitiser, bottled water, furniture, etc.) do not qualify. The product page will indicate where free delivery does not apply.
Reseller orders do not qualify for free delivery. Collection or collection via a reseller-organised courier is available.
Standard delivery lead time is 3–5 business days after the completed order is booked with the courier (cutoff 2pm). Packages are typically delivered between 12pm and 2pm.
Same day delivery is available in selected areas only, for products up to 30kg, with a maximum of 10 boxes per delivery. Cutoff for booking is 10am; packages are usually delivered between 2pm and 4pm.
Overnight delivery is available in selected areas only, for products up to 30kg, with a maximum of 10 boxes per delivery. Cutoff for booking is 2pm; delivery is usually before 11am the following day.
