Yes. We provide delivery for branded orders as a service, which we outsource to various courier companies across South Africa and internationally. Unbranded orders placed online are delivered via courier service nation-wide (South Africa) – delivery outside of South Africa can be organised at an additional cost (ask to speak to our Online Orders Team).
If your order is over R1250 excluding VAT and you live anywhere in South Africa, then you qualify for free delivery. This is subject to certain package size and weight restrictions, as such some bulky items on the website do not qualify for free delivery (for example, boxes, hand sanitiser, bottled water and furniture – the product page will state this). Delivery usually takes between 3 – 5 days. Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Reseller orders do not qualify for free delivery (only collection or collection via reseller organised courier is available).
Branded order lead times depend on the production lead time along with the courier service you have chosen. The majority of our branded orders are ready within 5 to 10 working days (depending on the product suppliers). Unbranded order lead times can vary between 3 and 14 business days, depending on the delivery method chosen, as well as supplier-specific leadtimes. Estimated Arrival Dates for unbranded orders are provided in the cart, before payment is made.
Our dispatch team (branded orders) or online order team (unbranded orders) will email you your tracking number, please click the link in the email and enter your tracking number to find out where your order is.

In most cases, yes. Please let your Branding Consultant know where you need to send your branded order to and they will provide you with all the details. Unbranded orders placed online are to be collected at our Johannesburg warehouse (via your own arranged courier) if you are located outside of South Africa.
Yes, you can. For unbranded orders, please choose the “Collection” option to organise your own courier. For branded orders, please inform your Branding Consultant that you would like to organise collection via courier.
