Question 1

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Build a quote online in minutes: add products to your quote basket, enter quantities and submit. A Branding Consultant confirms pricing, branding options and lead times, usually within one business day. You can also email or call us and we’ll put a quote together for you.

Question 2

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Most products have a minimum order quantity, which varies by item and branding method. Minimums are shown on each product page, and your consultant will confirm the exact figure with your quote. Smaller quantities are sometimes possible at a higher unit rate.

Question 3

Do your prices include branding and VAT?

Accepted Answer

Listed prices are per unit and exclude branding unless a product is marked otherwise. Branding is quoted separately based on your logo, method and quantity. All prices exclude delivery and are subject to change; VAT is shown at checkout and on your invoice.

Question 4

Can I order a sample before committing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can arrange an unbranded sample of most products so you can check quality and size before placing a bulk order. Sample and courier costs are quoted upfront, and showroom visits can be booked with your Account Manager.

Question 5

What artwork formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We prefer vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) as it scales cleanly to any size. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can work for some methods. If your logo isn’t print-ready, our artwork team can redraw it into clean vector files for you.

Question 6

What branding methods do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Common methods include screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, laser engraving, and digital full-colour print. The best method depends on the product, your logo and quantity. Your consultant recommends the option that gives the sharpest, most durable result.

Question 7

Will I see a proof before production?

Accepted Answer

Always. We email a digital mockup showing your logo positioned on the product. Nothing goes into production until you’ve reviewed and approved the proof, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Question 8

What is Brand24™?

Accepted Answer

Brand24™ is our rapid branding service: choose from a selected range, upload your artwork, and we brand and dispatch within 24 hours. It’s built for tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Question 9

How much does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

We offer FREE nationwide delivery on orders across South Africa. Delivery is included on standard orders; any exceptions for remote areas or oversized items are confirmed on your quote.

Question 10

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Lead time depends on the product and branding method, and starts once you approve your proof and payment reflects. Most branded orders ship within 7 to 10 working days; Brand24™ items dispatch within 24 hours. Your consultant confirms your exact date.

Question 11

Do you deliver outside South Africa?

Accepted Answer

Our standard free delivery covers South Africa. International shipping can be arranged on request and is quoted separately, with the customer covering forex and courier fees.

Question 12

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, your Branding Consultant shares tracking details so you can follow it through to delivery.

Question 13

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept EFT, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, SnapScan, Zapper and Mobicred. For EFT, use your invoice number as the payment reference and email proof of payment to accounts@brandability.co.za.

Question 14

When is payment due?

Accepted Answer

Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment or an approved purchase order. Goods are only released once cleared funds reflect. EFTs take 1 to 2 business days to clear; cheque payments require 10 working days.

Question 15

Do you offer credit or buy-now-pay-later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PayABill lets qualifying businesses buy now and pay later with flexible terms built for company procurement. Speak to your consultant to see whether your business qualifies.

Question 16

Do you take cash deposits?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not accept cash deposits. For international transfers, please ensure all forex and bank fees are covered as per our Terms & Conditions.

Question 17

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

If there’s a genuine fault with your product or branding, let us know as soon as you receive your order and we’ll put it right. Branded goods are produced to your approved specification, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind on custom items.

Question 18

What if my branding is incorrect?

Accepted Answer

If the branding doesn’t match your approved proof, we’ll rectify or reproduce the affected items at no cost. This is why proof approval matters, it’s the reference we’re held to.

Question 19

Do you guarantee delivery dates?

Accepted Answer

We deliver 99.9% of orders on time. If a deadline is critical, flag it upfront so we can confirm feasibility and prioritise your order accordingly.

Question 20

What if items arrive damaged?

Accepted Answer

Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report any transit damage to your consultant within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or resolution.
