If you find a lower price at one of our competitors on any products listed on our website, then we’ll not only match that price but we’ll refund you 110% of the difference. We’re so confident that our pricing is the best that we’ll extend the guarantee to 30 days after you’ve purchased your goods. However, this low price guarantee is limited to registered ROSA member suppliers and excludes any specials, end of line, discontinued or liquidation sales. We guarantee that your products will be delivered on time however, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the courier especially in the case where the courier has lost your package. We will, under certain circumstances, use a faster shipping method at our own expense to ensure you receive your goods on time. Please note that although we guarantee that your goods will arrive by a certain day, we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. We’re good but our crystal ball is still on backorder. Also keep in mind that we offer FREE delivery to make your life just a little easier, check with your account manager to see if your order qualifies.

We wouldn’t spend money on a product we hadn’t first tested ourselves so we sure as honey wouldn’t expect you to either. Samples are unbranded and the free doesn’t include free delivery. We’ll be happy to brand a sample for you, please ask your account manager to send you a quote.Sample Policy

Ordering Samples is Quick and Easy
Simply submit a Sample Request by clicking the Sample Request link located below the product description on the product details page. Brandability will provide one FREE SAMPLE up to R20 for first time clients and up to R50 for existing clients. All samples over R20/R50 will require full payment prior to sending the sample. All samples are unbranded.
Most items available online do NOT ship from the same location, so when requesting a sample t-shirt and a sample pen, there is a very high likelihood that each sample will require its own shipment. The cost of shipping and handling FREE SAMPLE’s, is the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship samples to PO Boxes.
Brandability reserves the right to refuse shipment of any sample at our discretion. Though most samples are free of charge, we may require a valid credit card and billing address for address verification purposes before mailing a sample. We do this to ensure that the people requesting samples are doing so for a potential purchase and not just a free sample
